With both founders having worked in the real estate industry for over 30 years, Compass combines extensive industry experience with hands-on oversight and genuine personal service. Compass Asset Management was founded by Tracey Blunt and Elisha McDonald in 2008 with a simple belief: property owners deserved a more personal and accountable approach to property management.
Before establishing Compass, we had already spent many years working in the real estate industry. Today, we each bring more than 30+ years of real estate experience to the business.
Eighteen years after founding Compass, we still lead the business we created.
While Compass has grown and our team has expanded, our approach has remained the same. We believe good property management comes down to experienced people, clear communication, attention to detail and taking responsibility for the properties entrusted to us.
We know that an investment property is more than an address. It is a valuable asset, often part of a much bigger financial plan, and owners need to know the people managing it genuinely care about the outcome.
That is why property management isn't simply one department within Compass. It has been the foundation of our business since day one.
