Dear Elisha and Tracey,

I was only thinking of you guys today and what a wonderful service you and your team provide, to grateful landlords such as myself.

As you know I have been involved in the Real Estate, Financial and Accounting Industries etc. for many years now, both as a Professional working in the industry and as an active Investor, successfully building a substantial portfolio. As I have fully understood and advised many Landlords over the years, it is paramount to surround yourself with a fully competent and professional team to ensure the maximum success of any portfolio! The most integral part of the team would be the Property Manager. The Property Manager stands by your investment for many years after the Builders, Salespeople and Loans Brokers have moved on.

A good Property Manager will not only find a good tenant in a short time frame, but also be on the ball when it comes to realistic pricing of weekly rent. In addition to maintaining the property to a high standard, they must delicately balance the pursuit of maximum yield, whilst striving toward a 100% occupancy. A Property Manager can “make or break” your investment. I’ve seen and dealt with many Property Managers over the years. Good, bad, and downright embarrassingly lousy. I’m please to say that you guys don’t fit into any of those categories. YOUR FANTASTIC AND DESERVE A BIG PAT ON THE BACK! Over all the years and all the properties you have managed for Lisa and myself, I can honestly say, that I can’t recall one fault, complaint, issue, nor blemish on your track record with us. Sadly I can’t say the same about numerous other Property managers. I find myself constantly comparing my other property managers to your outstanding benchmark. If only I could duplicate you and your services in other locations in this vast country of ours, I’d be much happier.
In conclusion, I’m proud and privileged enough, to say that I have known and observed you take your ideas and vision, to create a fledgling Company all those years ago, and grow it into the professional and successful business that Compass Asset Management P/L is renowned for today. This success has been built on a platform of hard work, dedication, honesty and integrity etc. These descriptive words are often overused and overstated these days, but defiantly not in this case. Congratulations to you and your team, well done and thank you! I look for an ongoing relationship for many years to come.

Thank you for your prompt and efficient service. You are ready to answer any question and put any plan into action. Thoroughly appreciate how you handle our investment properties and recommend you to others.

I’ve had my property under the watchful eye of compass management since 2008. During that time we’ve encountered numerous issues, none that couldn’t be resolved thru the help of the friendly staff at compass. Thank you for your professionalism & continued commitment to keeping our investment/tenants happy & in great condition.

Good morning ladies. Your service has been great. You have kept me well informed and have been very helpful.
Thankyou and please keep it up.

These smart ladies always call you back personally.
They are very attentive to individual requirements for maintenance or other property related issue, and always follow through.
I have used their services for a number of years now and they are the best and most pleasant management agents I have dealt with anywhere.
If you want the best try them for yourself.

Hi Elisha & Tracey, We are extremely happy with your management of our property. your prompt attention to any issues is commendable and we respond accordingly. end result-everyone happy.

We would like to express our thanks and gratitude for the professional matter in which you have managed our property.
Over the past 7 or 8 years you have rented our property to serval lovely clients. Never once have we had a problem with the people you have put into the property either with rental payment being late, or lack of care or deliberate damage to the property.
Recently I had the opportunity to visit the property and it still felt like it was a home that continues to be loving cared for.
This must have a reflection on the processes you have in place to choose the right tenants and respond quickly to any concerns or problems. Last but not lease keeping us well informed so matters can be dealt with quickly and tenants not inconveniences any more than necessary

The staff at Compass Asset Management is so helpful and friendly. We are happy to have them as our property managers and they have always provided us with excellent service.

As a landlord from Victoria I need property managers I can trust implicitly.
Right from the start, Elisha and Tracey have been perfect.
They found a model tenant, have been extremely thorough with their property inspections, and sourced reputable tradesmen for repairs.
Nothing is too much trouble for them, I can’t recommend them highly enough!

We have been working with Compass for the past 5 years while they have looked after our two rental properties.
During this time we have found them to be very professional, prompt and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble & our properties have not had periods of being vacant, due in part to their efficiency.
We have regular communication with Tracey, Elisha & the office staff.
I feel very comfortable in recommending them.

My husband and I have utilised Compass Asset Management for over 12 months now to manage our property in Gladstone. They are client focused and highly responsive. We know our property is in safe hands, which gives us peace of mind. We receive regular property reports, timely rent and helpful assistance via phone and or email when we need it. We can highly recommend Compass to other clients. They’re very capable.

Very impressed with Compass’s professionalism.

Compass have performed over and above our expectations thus far.

I have been using compass asset management now for over 8 years to manage my investment properties, through this relationship i have been able to expand on this as the concern of getting a tenant does not exist, the inspections are completed every time and on time, with photos to keep me up to date.

If you are really serious about having the right management team assisting you build your wealth through property than look no further, i am very happy to recommend and endorse Compass.

Compass Asset Management were recommended to us for the management of our investment properties and we have been extremely happy with the service they have provided. They have provided consistently professional and helpful advice and support, with a smile!

I have found the service from Elisha and Tracy to be excellent, they are working under an extremely volatile market as far as rent prices are concerned in the Gladstone area, they always inform me of any changes needed, some we don’t like as landlords but necessary in these times, I have total faith in them and know they will try and do their best to obtain for me the best return and appropriate tenants.
Thank you girls

We are more than satisfied with the service we have received from Compass asset management. They have ensured we are kept informed on any issues in regards to our properties. They treated us as if we are their only customer and have never failed to meet our expectations. We highly recommend them as property managers.

We have been clients of Compass Asset Management since June 2008. Alisha and Tracy have always been helpful and very professional. It is not easy having a rental property in another country, so being able to rely on Compass to support us and keep things running smoothly is a great relief as we are left with no worries.

Dear Elisha and Tracey
We have used your company for a while now and have always found everyone to be very helpful and very prompt to return a call or answer an inquiry.
We would definitely recommend Compass Asset to anyone

Tracey and Elisha do more than just provide a seamless property management service. Both professionals also adopt a long term commercial management style. I have benefitted by having long term tenants appointed, insurance claims handled and repairs covered without having to worry that they will make a wrong judgement call. I would not make any decision relating to my property without first consultant either Tracey or Elisha. I would be happy to provide a reference to anyone seeking their services.

The girls at Compass have been very kind and patient with the setup and rental management of our first investment property.
We were not sure what was involved but they guided us through the process smoothly and efficiently – no question was unanswered or too ‘silly’.
We feel very confident we are in good hands and in recommending their service to our friends.

Our investment property at Coomera Downs is managed by Compass for some time.
We have the pleasure of their prompt and quality service.
Whenever a new tenant takes over the residence, they house was like new and had no complaints from tenants.

I strongly recommend Compass Asset Mngt.

My wife and I have recently been through a difficult time with the last tenant in our property. Upon the advice of a friend, we moved our property to Compass and have been overwhelmed with the care taken to not only manage the clean up of the home (which was extensive), but also the re leasing of the property to wonderful tenants. Thanks Damien & Kegan for all of your help.

Thank you Louise for all the hard work you have done for me and my investment. Its lovely to feel like you really care about your owners!

So happy that I made the decision to move my property to Compass. The staff has sorted out a number of issues that were created by another agency and have kept my tenant happy throughout a fairly stressful time

Appointing Geoff to sell our property was one of the best decisions we made. With over 30 years experience selling real estate his understanding of the industry is second to none. He achieved multiple offers for our property resulting in a sales price that far exceeded our expectations

Elisha & Tracey have many years experience in the QLD market, and I trust their knowledge implicitly

We recently engaged Geoff from Compass to sell our investment property. He thoroughly explained the market conditions, the process in selling, and the different strategies that we could undertake to sell our home. He talked us through every step and settled our nerves as this was our very first selling experience. We cannot thank him enough for his skillful negotiation is achieving the very best possible price for us

We have rented through lots of agencies and these guys are the best! really helpful during the leasing process and prompt with any maintenance that needs to be done

I have been using the services of Compass Asset Management for over 10 years and have always found their services to be excellent. Great communication, professional knowledge and highly experienced in navigating all aspects of managing my investment properties
